Overview
Organizational culture is a system of shared assumptions, values, and beliefs that help those within an organization understand which behaviors are and are not appropriate. This course explains the three levels of organizational culture: assumptions, values, and artifacts. This video lesson is also meant to help everyone in an organization pull in the same direction and get better at it over time. Besides, it defines unity and describes the three levels of unity: acceptance, agreement, and alignment. It also provides useful tips for building unity within an organization and explains how to gauge whether organizational unity has been achieved.
